Isaac Shedowo is the Executive Director (ED) of Energy Bank Ghana Limited.

Prior to his appointment as the Executive Director in March 2016, He was the Acting Managing Director/CEO of the Bank from September 2015 to March 2016. He joined the Bank as the Deputy General Manager - Risk Management, Operations, Information Technology and Customer Loyalty of the Bank (Energy Bank Ghana Ltd) where he had exercised strong leadership roles in risk portfolio management, operations, customer loyalty, strategic planning and information technology within the Bank.

He joined Energy Bank on 18th September, 2012 from United Bank for Africa (Nigeria) Plc where he was the Principal Manager and served as Regional Director (Relief) and exercised leadership over the branches in the region. 

He has had Banking and Senior Management experience with Union Bank, Spring Bank now Heritage Bank and United Bank of Africa in Nigeria in various capacities.

He holds HND in Banking and Finance from Federal Polytechnic Bida, Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from University of Ado Ekiti now Ekiti State University. He is an Associate Member of National Institute of Marketing Nigeria, Nigerian Institute of Management, The Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Nigeria.  

He has over 25 years of banking experience and has vast exposure to professional  banking and education both home and abroad such as Fleming Gulf Training in Basel  II and Basel  III, London Management  Centre   in Leadership and supervisory Course ;  Lagos Business School in Total Quality Management;  Energy Group in Strategies and Innovation; Private Equity Fund; Advance Management and Leadership course; Annual African Innovation Conference; The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People; Credit Analysis and Management Course; Corporate Accounts Management- Credit Course;  among many others.
